By accessing or using QuietGTM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Use of Service
QuietGTM provides a platform for monitoring conversations and generating replies. You agree to:
- Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not use the service for spam or misleading content
- Respect the terms of service of monitored platforms (Reddit, HN, etc.)
- Review and approve all AI-generated content before posting
- Not circumvent our approval workflow mechanisms
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring your use complies with platform-specific rules
- Any consequences from your replies on external platforms
Intellectual Property
QuietGTM retains all rights to the service, software, and technology. AI-generated content suggestions become your property once approved and posted.
Billing and Payments
By subscribing to QuietGTM:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- Refunds are provided at our discretion
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
Limitation of Liability
QuietGTM is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for account bans, lost opportunities, or damages resulting from your use of the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
